The Coppice is a secluded beautiful grade 2 listed, half-timbered, former family home with a wealth of period features, in a picturesque village on Bredon Hill, on the edge of The Cotswolds with an excellent pub in the village.

But unlike other grand old homes, The Coppice is warm, friendly and welcoming with unlimited hot water, central heating and log fires throughout. It’s light, bright and airy. And the moment you step through the door it feels like home.

Spend your summer evenings enjoying a glass of Rosé on the main patio, and your winter evenings snuggled into the deep sofas next to the inglenook fireplace.

Plenty of parking, a mature enclosed garden.  The Coppice is ideally situated for exploring the Cotswolds to the east and the Malverns and the Forest of Dean to the west, and for horse racing at  Cheltenham and Stratford Racecourses. Stratford Upon Avon and the Royal Shakespeare Theatre are only 20 miles away.

Strict guidlines have been  adhered to in the cleaning and preparation of The Coppice for your stay.

A full refund will be made for all or any part of your booking which falls within a Government imposed lockdown / travel restriction which prevents you from making all or part of your visit to The Coppice.

You will have exclusive use of the house throughout your stay. We will only visit if you need anything or may come to see our horses which are stabled across the yard, or ride in our Manege. We do like to keep an access through the driveway in order for our stable girls to access the stables.

Please note also that in order to keep the exterior and the very special garden in the best condition possible our gardener will visit evey Friday morning. Please contact us if this is not suitable for you.

If your stay is for two weeks or more we are happy to arrange for our house keeper to visit and provide fresh laundry.
