  "The Coppice is a large, comfortable house with plenty of living space for everyone to spread out. The kitchen is really well equipped and there is more than enough crockery and cutlery. Hot water is always available and the provision of towels, dressing gowns and toiletries helps to make it a little bit special.
The large garden is beautiful and with the surrounding countryside it provides a tranquil setting, although remaining within easy access of many places to visit."

A few mins from a good little local pub and seconds from the rolling hills. The house itself has everything you need, a large kitchen diner for socialising and a pretty garden area with seating. Louise was kind and communicative throughout. Would recommend and hopefully will return!"

The house manual was super helpful with suggestions of places to visit and eat, for eating in, in the kitchen has everything you need for cooking for large groups of people (there were eight of us). The beds were super comfy and the place was really clean. Would 100% recommend"

Beautifully clean and welcoming. The kitchen is very well appointed with a very nice social dining space.
A good number of bathrooms and two reception rooms meant there was a quiet retreat if desired.
Lovely gardens are well maintained. Easy access to the village and pub and some lovely walks straight from the house. Would definitely recommend this for family/friends."

   "Lovely atmospheric house for larger gatherings surrounded by a beautiful garden. Everything provided for a comfortable stay in a very quaint village. Plenty of walks from and near the house and a good local pub. Having a bathroom each for 4 bedrooms we used a bonus and owners very responsive.    "Had a wonderful week.  Beautiful house and gardens.  Equipped to the highest standard with everything we needed. All the bedrooms were comfortable with dressing gowns provided being a nice touch. The horses on-site (but in no way an intrusion) was a positive presence - nice waking up to see the pony on the field opposite. Overall a great place and John and Louise made our stay a real pleasure with speedy and always positive communication."

  "What a treat to stay at this gorgeous farmhouse! Quiet location with tons of room and more beautiful than the pictures! I asked for a recommendation to have a chef prepare dinner on the first night to make it easy on everyone and we loved Penny! The beds were comfortable, plenty of bathrooms and multiple gathering rooms. I loved sitting at the table outside with my morning coffee and afternoon cocktail. Highly recommend staying here and I hope I have another group of friends wanting to go to the Cotswolds so I can stay here again!”

   "What an excellent house to spend a vacation in! Louise’s property was absolutely amazing and relaxing. Words and even pictures cannot do this place justice, you really have to see for yourself! Very clean, well stocked and as described in the listing. The house is very spacious and offers everything a group will need. Louise’s house is situated very well to use as a base for multiple day trips to nearby villages. Or you can just stay in and relax! I would definitely stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend it to others."

   "Our stay was wonderful. Our family group of 8 people aged 2 to 82 had a fabulous Christmas at The Coppice. It is like a home from home with everything you need and Louise had provided lovely touches from a welcome pack to games for the children. The farmhouse is very warm and cosy, exceptionally clean with extra soft towels and even dressing gowns. The open fires were lovely. We would highly recommend both the property and Louise who was great to deal with."
